U.S. & Canadian Customers
All items for returns/refunds, defective or not, must be reported by email to us within 30 days of receipt.
Defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped item from us: please email us so that we can fix this for you! We will gladly ship you a replacement for free. You may also elect to receive a refund instead, including shipping.
For new merchandise, if you want to change a new item because of the size problem, you need to pay the extra 30% of the price (since our production is based on orders, we cannot send a new one to you for free).
Personalized items may not be returned for replacement or refund unless the personalization or item is defective.
Any return that does not comply with the above policy may be rejected or may be subject to a restocking fee, at our discretion; this fee starts at 20% but may be significantly higher depending on the condition of the return.
When Returning Items:
After we receive the returned item, please allow 1 week for the return to be processed and shipped. An email confirmation will be sent once we receive your return or exchange.
