July 4th is very near, have you decided where to watch fireworks with your family and friends? Here are 8 best places that you shouldn't miss.

2  Addison, Texas: This Texan town of about 16,000 takes its fireworks seriously. The aptly named Kaboom Town! show happens on June 3 and involves more than 1,500 pounds of fireworks. Be sure to arrive earlier in order to catch the 7:15 p.m. air show.
--
3  Boston: The Boston Pops Fireworks Spectacular is another July Fourth heavy-hitter. Melissa Etheridge and Leslie Odom, Jr. are among the concert headliners, followed by a military fighter jet flyover. The crowning glory is the 20-minute-long fireworks spectacle accompanied by the Boston Pops Orchestra.
--
4  San Diego: San Diego's Big Bay Boom is heralded as the largest fireworks show on the West Coast. Four barges ensure that you'll get stellar views from Shelter Island all the way to Embarcadero Marina Park South.
--
5  Disney World: AAA reports that Orlando holds the top spot for summer travel thanks to new attractions. The Walt Disney World Resorts are also a perennial favorite for their over-the-top Fourth of July fireworks. Stake out a spot for the bucket-list Magic Kingdom show on July 3 and 4, complete with star-spangled light projections.
--
6  Philadelphia: Where better to celebrate America's independence than its birthplace? Following a week-long celebration, July Fourth kicks off with a mega parade, continues with food and entertainment on the Benjamin Franklin Parkway, and crescendos with a concert featuring Boyz II Men and Mary J. Blige. The evening caps with not one, but two wow-worthy firework displays in separate locales.
--
7  Nashville: Country music fans can enjoy the best of both worlds on July Fourth. Where else can you watch 35,000 pounds of fireworks explode after listening to an evening of greats from Chris Young to the Nitty Gritty Dirt Band?
--
8  Lake Tahoe: Lake Tahoe actually offers numerous firework shows for the holiday, including four in North Lake Tahoe. While all are crowd-pleasing, the 25-minute Lights on the Lake in South Lake Tahoe is the real show-stopper. Join a cruise for the best unencumbered views.
